Dr. Erin Johanson has over a decade of experience working in academia and enjoys bridging the didactic curriculum with 鈥渞eal world鈥 experiences in health professions preparation. From developing new and existing practice sites to helping students prepare for success in the classroom and their future careers, she is committed to caring about learners and the positive impact they can have on patient care. Her primary interests include leadership in higher education, experiential education best practices, continuing professional development, teaching and motivating adult learners, cultural competence, ethics, continuous quality improvement, preceptor and site development, and public health. In addition to teaching the P2 Pharmacy Administration course, Dr. Johanson regularly presents research at state and national levels and is an active member of many professional organizations.
