Dr. Angela Chu is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Director of Interprofessional Education at ÇàÇà²ÝÊÓƵ – South Jordan campus. She received her BA in Spanish and PharmD at Ohio Northern University and completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Truman Medical Centers in Kansas City, MO.

Currently, Dr. Chu practices at Intermountain Medical Center and specializes in neurology medicine. She serves as a pharmacy APPE and resident preceptor, as well as a mentor to many pharmacy students throughout all years of pharmacy school.

Dr. Chu’s research interests include critical care, neurology, the scholarship of teaching and learning, well-being, and interprofessional education. Dr. Chu is the course coordinator for Critical Care, Interprofessional Education and Medical Spanish, as well as faculty in Men’s and Women’s Health, Continuing Professional Development, Integrated Pharmacotherapy Skills, and the Pharmacists’ Patient Care Process. She is also active in many professional organizations including American Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) and American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP).
