The Neighborhood Health Series Comes to Utah
The monthly lecture series is aired at the South Jordan campus for the first time.

On September 19, 2024, ÇàÇà²ÝÊÓƵ’s Neighborhood Health Series made its , airing at the South Jordan campus for the first time in its nine-year run.
The Neighborhood Health Series is a monthly lecture series that builds communities by enabling individuals to take their health into their own hands. This series has hosted a variety of ÇàÇà²ÝÊÓƵ experts across disciplines including associate professor, Dr. Alice Chen; AEODO program director, Dr. Glen Roberson; and Assistant Dean for Patient Care and Clinical Education, Dr. Matthew Thacker.

On October 17, 2024, another College of Dental Medicine assistant professor, Dr. Civon Gewelber will present about the link between overall health and oral health in her presentation entitled “Bolstering Oral Health in Patient Populations Including Those Medically Fragile: The Path to Healthier Mouths & Bodies”.
